Summer Apartment Close to Berlin by Loft Szczecin:

“Summer apartment is set up in the palace complex surrounded by a forest in the suburbs of Berlin. All rooms have undergone a major renovation. Just before starting up the operate huge quantities of garbage had to be eliminated from all rooms. The walls required drying and restoration. The floor was a threshing floor so bricks and planks had been laid all above the complete surface. The apartment will be used largely in the summer season and for the duration of holidays and particular occasions. The notion for the interior design and style to some extent refers to the old Mediterranean architecture, although tools and furnishings in order to avoid banality, was supposed to be a minor eccentric, mysterious and stylish. The kitchen has a straightforward, homely and a minor rural character. Furniture, lamps and accessories have been completed thanks to contacts with collectors and dealers from whom designer has been obtaining individuals items for years. In many cases, they have been entirely renovated. Designer, Jacek Kolasiński, is also pleased that most furnishings, lamps and rugs come from Poland. A number of of these products are very unique (some of them had been even manufactured bespoke many many years ago). Between the furnishings and tools there are also items of the Czech Republic and Denmark at the flip of 50-60, as effectively as things designed by our studio and manufactured in Poland.”
