Casual Friday Vol. 23

Content Friday, friends! I have had a handful of people request me about some of the tile countertops you can see in a lot of of my meals photos. So I imagined for this week’s casual Friday, one particular issue I’d do is give you a tiny behind-the-scenes mini tour of my food blogging backdrops. It is all smoke and mirrors. 🙂 

Some of you may possibly bear in mind that lately Trey and I tiled our kitchen backsplash. This was my initial time tiling from begin to finish. After that I determined to use my new tiling skills to create some quite backdrops to increase my foods photography that you usually see right here on ABM. I adore the color and texture that quite tile can deliver to a photo, but I do not have the budget or desire to tile my whole residence in different shade/shaped tile—so this is the next very best thing. 

Laura manufactured me the rather white subway tile backdrop sometime before she moved away to Nashville. I use that one the most!
