While we may not think of the bathroom as an important part of a home’s overall design, when you have a luxurious, perfectly appointed bathroom, people are going to notice…and you may not be able to get them to leave! The designs in this post come to use from interior designer Ahmed Mady and though each room is distinct, they all carry an essence of ultimate luxury. Go ahead, dip your toe in.
Many bathtubs may leave the bather feeling exposed and less than relaxed. By giving the tub a room of its own, complete with elaborate archways and glimmering golden lights, its not just private but decadent.
The elaborate archways over the tub are reminiscent of the Taj Mahal and its Mughal-style design.
A modern tiled accent wall along with a substantial shelf to store various bubbles, soaps, and scents make this tub another indulgent option.
The halo lighting above this bathroom gives it a flattering, relaxing atmosphere that will make any bath time ritual feel like a treat.
Glistening marble and row after row of recessed lighting really make this elegant bathroom pop. The intricate patterns on the walls give it an extra touch of luxury.
This bathroom tends towards a more modern, if not entirely minimalist, style. The bare hanging bulbs are an especially of-the-moment feature.
For a more feminine look, this East Asian-inspired bathroom is the perfect solution. Cool blue-gray hues throughout and pretty pink blossom patterned tiles are lovely and delicate.
The side-by-side sinks in this bathroom make getting ready a snap – if you can manage to pry yourself away from the massive mirror.
The tub in this design is nestled into the corner, leaving plenty of open space for dressing and just relaxing int he bathroom, if you’re into that sort of thing.
Another floral-inspired design adds pretty chevron strip curtains to hide away the tub when not in use.
The simple neutral color scheme in this bathroom make it feel like a modern sanctuary.
