There’s a new designer collaboration that is conquering the fashion industry with a blaze, and that’s the Cushnie et Ochs x Bandier activewear collection. New York-based Cushnie et Ochs has just launched an activewear line with online retailer Bandier, which dropped on May 25th and is available for purchase at Bandier.com now. It’s the perfect fusion between Cushnie et Ochs’ glamorous style and Bandier’s attention to details and expertise in activewear, and features, of course, a few must-haves already.

With the price tags ranging between $ 100 and $ 300, the 10-piece line-up will particularly appeal to those who’ll stop wearing black only when they find a darker color. With Carly Cushnie being a self-proclaimed total-black lover and Michelle Ochs always eager to wear anything that is sleek, modern and head turning, their capsule activewear collection couldn’t, of course, be simple and boring, instead bringing in designs that are uncannily fancy, modern and minimalistically elegant.

The Cushnie e Ochs x Bandier line-up navigates through two different territories, from a more traditional activewear style to a daytime/nighttime-approved glam-rock one. All of the 10 designs could be worn on either a workout session or a night out with friends, especially when it comes to the leggings.

The few must-haves we can’t wait to get our hands on include the leggings mostly, which could not definitely be regarded as your average pair of workout leggings. The fanciest of them all are surely the Maia Leggings ($ 215), featuring lots of cut-out details that cover the entire legs, as well as a typical rock ’n’ roll attitude, which will surely help them fly off the online store pretty soon.

Other key pieces include the Nineties-inspired sleek Juno pants ($ 175), the Vesta Tank with sultry fishnet inserts ($ 144), and the Iris scuba-chic front-zip bra top with lace detailing and strategic cut-outs ($ 155). The creative duo also reinvented the way one treats activewear tops, refining them with either faux leather appliqués or cut-out details, making them perfect to be matched with both a pair of workout leggings and a glamorous floor-length dress.

The collection reflects Cushnie et Ochs’ views on fitness, which represent a person who likes to workout indoors and another one, who likes to play sports outdoors. As for you, whether you prefer attending a yoga class or a tennis session, the collection’s tech fabrics will help you feel comfortable and confident in any case.

The capsule collection’s overall sensual aesthetics will definitely redefine the way you look at fitness too, encouraging you to take care of yourself on a daily basis.

“There’s a wonderful sensuality to everything they do and it translates perfectly,” Jayne Harkness, Bandier’s chief buyer told Vogue, while Bandier’s founder Jennifer Bandier added that she “can’t wait to rock the look.”
