Dezeen is launching a new collaboration with Autodesk referred to as Future Makers, which will profile approaching designers who are harnessing new digital resources to pioneer the potential of creating things. If you have a compelling story to inform about your function, we want to hear from you!
Potential Makers will be a series of motion pictures focusing on designers in the Uk and Europe who are utilizing application and innovative manufacturing technology to get items to industry in new methods. We are searching for innovative individuals or studios with exciting stories about how they use digital tools in their work processes to take element.
If you would like to be featured in the project, please send an email to [email protected] by three June with a brief description of why you believe you would be suitable, collectively with some photos of your ideal work. If chosen, we will go to your studio to film a video interview and edit this down into a quick movie to be published on Dezeen.
Participants must be based in Europe and should use at least 1 Autodesk item — such as AutoCAD, Maya, 3ds Max, Sketchbook, Fusion360 or any other Autodesk computer software.
The deadline for submissions is 3 June 2015. Interviews with the chosen designers will be carried out amongst June and September 2015.
