Even though operating on the task of this summertime holiday residence in Tarragona, Spain the architects from JUMA Architects aimed for clear-lined, modern performance that corresponds with the difficult plot of the spot and preserves as considerably it is possible from the surrounding pine trees and all-natural landscape.
The architectural construct is geometrically shaped L-construction composed from all-natural resources- lovely regional stone, concrete, lovely wooden blinds and glass –a whole lot of glass. The second floor of the villa has an optimum view in the direction of the stunning Mediterranean panorama, and the initial floor (in which the living premise resigns) has an unobstructed access to the multileveled backyard – with its terraces, refreshing pine tree aroma and inviting swimming pool premise.
The interior decor is simple, fresh and practical- effortless to maintain and with all essential functions- a dream for a summertime residence. White space shell with black components, furniture and fittings entwine harmoniously, supplemented by wooden cladding and furnishings that brings the warm, elegant touch into the decor composition. Absolutely nothing pretentious but nonetheless elegant – the interior decor evokes leisure time mood and serenity. Verne Photography
