Copper Blossom Edinburgh is a light-filled, basement cocktail bar/all-day Scottish restaurant with floral materials and wicker. Copper Blossom is a location exactly where you can loosen up, unwind and enjoy the best meals and drink. In July 2015 we finished refurbishments to the restaurant and bar in this ‘Georgian’ fashion developing. The company’s Garreth Wood explained that the bar is to be a female-friendly providing which will ‘fuse locally, sourced, seasonal and specially chosen elements from all in excess of Scotland’ even though the cocktails are ‘classic drinks recipes fused with cutting edge engineering and techniques’.

Reminiscent of a well-loved living space with rich mahogany timbers, earthy rattan and vintage floral materials, this venue guarantees you truly feel relaxed and possibly a little sentimental.
A touch of nonchalant glamour is additional with over-scaled hanging chandeliers which are adorned with pearls and draped with old-fashioned fringed lampshades.
