Well HELLO! Oh pleased day, the kitchen island is done! I busted my butt yesterday painting for hours to get it completed up so I could show you this week. It is so freaking amazing, I really like it! Love it adore it enjoy it.
I’m usually proud of what I generate in our property but this one particular could be 1 of my favorites. I keep searching at it thinking, I DID THAT. And it wasn’t crazy expensive either. It is a great feeling.
If you don’t forget, last year for the duration of the family members area renovation we pulled up the island to patch the floors. I needed to move it away from the cabinets a minor bit and we had to correct the floors to do that. They had to tear it apart to consider it out of the kitchen:

I’ve been striving to figure out a excellent accent color to use in the kitchen — I realized in the household room and our bedroom (where I have a wall painted the identical colour) that I enjoy green with it. So green it will be…with some blue mixed in – I’m loving blue towards all the white on the new window seat:

The new bigger island can make me want to cook and bake all the time! I could have to make some brownies to celebrate. It is so wonderful and turned out even greater than I could have hoped.
