Hey there and happy Friday! Today I’m sharing a handful of smaller projects I’ve finished up lately. I virtually didn’t share them because they are not anything earth shattering and the images are even that excellent trigger the SUN Will not COME OUT but then I realized it’s not often the large projects that make you feel happy about your residence. Truly, it’s typically really the opposite – I really feel accomplished and satisfied when I get small things knocked off the list.

All of these are in our master bathroom, which is not anything fancy. It is huge and has really tall ceilings though, which we enjoy. Someday it will get a complete makeover but it is by no means been up there on my list. I usually laugh simply because I have spent most of the 11 years in our residence working on spaces that do not bring as considerably value as far as resale. Our two principal bathrooms have barely been touched and I haven’t carried out a whole lot in our kitchen over the years (but that is altering this year!).

But anyway, I’ve had very a couple of small projects on my to do list in our master bath for a even though now and I got most of them knocked off. I had 1 further shelf and two sets of brackets that I didn’t use more than the basement kitchenette so I believed about where we could use the added bit of storage:

The placement isn’t my preferred, I’ll be truthful – but with our sinks proper there it was the only option with out bonking our heads each and every time. AND the crazy-A cat can’t get up there. At least he hasn’t tried however. I had those fairly glass containers on the vanity and simply because we keep Q-suggestions in one and he is OBSESSED with them, he would knock it off every single. single. day.

So…it’s not excellent but it is functional and I’m just pleased I can keep my Q-ideas nearby. It is the little items my close friends.

I shared these on Instagram the other day since they are SO dang fairly. I ordered these basic glass votive holders from CB2 months ago and they ultimately arrived earlier this month. They have been only \$two each – and I believed they’d be pretty spread out on a wall. I couldn’t make a decision exactly where I wanted them to remain permanently so I just place them up in the master for now:

They genuinely are stunning! I don’t know if they’ll stay right here forever but I enjoy them!

I have an old vintage wood bowl that was just sitting in the storage space. I brought it out and filled it with my random bath bombs and Epsom salts:

I used to hold all of it in massive glass containers but I just wanted a easier look. It is a lot less difficult to access it all now too. 🙂

If you’ve been about for a loooooong time you might don’t forget my DIY shower curtain. Nicely about two years ago the tension rod fell and broke — rehanging it has been on the long list considering that. I in fact purchased the new tension rod a year or so ago and it is been sitting in the closet. As often, I am SUPER on prime of things!: easy shower curtain

It’s actually a few yards of terry cloth from the fabric store hung up on a tension rod with curtain clips. Simplest shower curtain EVER. It is difficult to discover a curtain long adequate (if you want it to hit the floor) so this is a wonderful remedy. And it hides our really ugly shower so that is a big bonus. 🙂

The project that took the longest was the linen closet – it actually stays fairly organized but it demands some “fluffing” as soon as a year:

With time things get tossed in the wrong bins and stuffed in areas. I don’t know WHO would ever do that, but it happens.

I sat on the floor for about an hour and went through every little thing and resorted – and got rid of another set of towels. 🙂

I have to mention my favourite part of the closet. The organization component is quite cool but these tiny stick up lights are the bomb: stick up light in closet

That is an old pic, issues look a bit distinct now.

I am quite confident you can get these at Target now – I cannot remember exactly where I got mine. Amazon has them as well, \$ten for two. One of the items I wish I would have completed when we constructed our house is add lights in the closets – it seriously is one particular of those issues that drives me bonkers simply because I cannot see anything inside. I have a few of these and they operate excellent.

Like I mentioned – small projects that I’ve had on my list for fairly some time. And all either make the space function considerably greater or make it look a little far better. It feels so good to cross factors off the list, yes?

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!
